1 C. sugar
1 stick margarine
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 C. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. soda
1/2 pint sour cream
Topping
1/2 C. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 C. chopped pecans
1 cooking apple sliced

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 7 ingredients then add the soda and sour cream.
Grease angel food cake pan.
Pour 1/2 of batter into pan and spread evenly,
place sliced apple covering top of dough and sprinkle 1/2 of nut topping mixture over the apples.
Pour rest of batter and remaining nut mixture on top.
Bake 325º for 45 to 50 mins.
