1 cup sifted flour
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup margarine, melted
2 egg whites
2 cups sliced strawberries
1 cup cream, whipped (or use Cool Whip)
1 cup white sugar
2 T. lemon juice
Directions:
Directions:
Mix together first four ingredients. Spread evenly in cookie sheet. Bake at 350º for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Combine egg whites, sugar, berries and lemon juice in large bowl. Beat at high speed until peaks form - about 10 minutes. (Use something to keep bowl covered as much as possible, as the strawberry/egg white mixture will be all over your kitchen). Fold in whipping cream (or Cool Whip). Spoon over crumbs and top with remaining crumbs. Freeze 6 hours or overnight. Trim with whole berries.
