1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup powdered sugar
1 cup margarine
1 cup oil
2 eggs, well beaten
2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cream of tartar
1 tsp. soda
5-1/4 cups flour
1/2 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, mix together sugars, margarine, and oil. Add the eggs and vanilla. Mix together the cream of tartar, soda, flour and salt. Add to the wet mixture. Chill 1-2 hours. Grease baking sheets. Roll dough into a ball and place on the baking sheet. Punch down ball with a glass dipped in sugar. Bake 350 degrees until brown.
