1 -8oz pkg frozen broccoli spears
4 -1oz slices lean cooked ham
2 -1oz slices swiss cheese
2 Tbs Italian dressing
Vegetable cooking spray
2 Tbs cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook broccoli according to pkg directions omitting salt ; drain.
Divide ham into 2 portions. Top ham slices with cheese slices.
Arrange half of broccoli on each cheese slice; spoon dressing over broccoli.
Roll ham and cheese around broccoli; secure with wooden toothpicks.
Place roll ups in baking dish that has been coated with cooking spray.
Cover and bake 15 minutes. Uncover; sprinkle cheese over each serving,
And bake an additional 2-3 minutes or until cheese melts.
Remove toothpicks before serving
