On stovetop in a heavy sauce pan mix 1 cup sugar and 1 cup Light Karo Syrup- Boil together for 45 seconds. Remove from heat.
Add 1 cup peanut butter. Add 6 cups Rice Krispies. Spread into buttered 9X13" pan.

Melt 6 oz. chocolate chips and 6 oz. butterscotch chips in microwave.

Spread on top of Rice Krispie mixture. Refrigerate just until chocolate mixture hardens.
