4 c water
1 c cornmeal
1 t salt

Directions:
Directions:
Bring 3 c of water to boil. In a bowl, make a thickening with the cornmeal, salt and one cup of water. Add this mix to boiling water. Stir mixture until it has reached the boiling point, then stir occasionally. Cook for 15-20 minutes then pour into baking dish. Cool, then slice and fry until brown. Serve with maple syrup.
