16-20 large, firm white mushrooms
1 cup crab meat or imitation crab
1/2 cup cream cheese
1/2 cup fresh parsley, chopped or 1/3 cup dried
1/2 cup chopped green onions
4 T grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp. each of salt, pepper, and garlic powder
1/2 cup bread crumbs
non-stick spray

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375.
Combine crab, cream cheese, parsley, onion, Parmesan, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Mix and stuff the mushroom caps (stem removed) so they are rounded. Top with breadcrumbs. Place in glass dish. Spray top with non-stick spray and bake 20 minutes or until filling is hot and melted.
