broken bread
3 eggs
Milk
Jimmy Dean Sage Sausage
minced onion
8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
½ soup can of milk

Directions:
Directions:
Grease a cake pan. Cover the bottom with broken bread. Put 3 eggs in a 2-cup measuring cup. Whip the eggs and then add enough milk to get to the 1 ½ c. line. Pour egg mixture over the bread.

Brown the sausage and crumble over the bread mixture. Add on top: minced onion (to preferred taste) and cheese. Cover and set in the refrigerator overnight.

In the morning, mix mushroom soup with ½ can of milk. Pour over the top of the cheese. Bake at 325º for 1 hour. Let sit for 5-10 minutes before serving.
