broken bread
3 eggs
Milk
Jimmy Dean Sage Sausage
minced onion
8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
soup can of milk

Directions:
Directions:
Grease a cake pan. Cover the bottom with broken bread. Put 3 eggs in a 2-cup measuring cup. Whip the eggs and then add enough milk to get to the 1 c. line. Pour egg mixture over the bread.

Brown the sausage and crumble over the bread mixture. Add on top: minced onion (to preferred taste) and cheese. Cover and set in the refrigerator overnight.

In the morning, mix mushroom soup with can of milk. Pour over the top of the cheese. Bake at 325 for 1 hour. Let sit for 5-10 minutes before serving.
