1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. white sugar
1 c. butter, softened
1 c. oil
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
4 c. + 2 T. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cream of tartar
Colored sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs, add vanilla and set aside.

In a separate bowl, mix powdered sugar, white sugar, butter and oil. Add egg mixture.

Then add flour, baking soda and cream of tartar. Roll into balls and flatten with a glass with colored sugar on bottom. Bake for 10-12 minutes at 375º.

The colored sugar will stay on better if you wet the bottom of the glass.
