1/2 CUP BROWN SUGAR(FIRMLY PACKED)

STIR IN:1 EGG
1/3 CUP PEANUT BUTTER
1/2 TSP. SODA
1/4 TSP. SALT
1 TSP. VANILLA

MIX:1 CUP FLOUR
1 CUP QUICK COOKING OATS
BAKE AT 350(DEGREES F.)FOR 20 MINUTES.-ADD 1...6 0Z. PCKG.MILK CHOCOLATE MORSELS ON TOP -LET SIT 5 MINUTES.THEN SPREAD.MIX 1/2 CUP POWDERED SUGAR,1/4 CUP PEANUT BUTTER.

ADD AS MUCH PET MILK AS NEEDED TO MAKE CREAMY.THEN SPREAD ON TOP.
