7 EGGS,AT ROOM TEMP.
3 CUPS OF CAKE FLOUR,SIFTED(TWICE)
1 CUP OF WHIPPING CREAM
2 TSPS. VANILLA EXTRACT

HEAT OVEN--350 DEGREES(F.)
COMBINE SUGAR AND BUTTER IN BOWL OF ELECTRIC MIXER--BEAT ON MEDIUM SPEED UNTIL CREAMY--ABOUT 3 MINUTES.ADD EGGS,ONE AT A TIME,BEATING WELL AFTER EACH ADDITION.STIR IN 1 1/2 CUPS OF THE FLOUR.ADD WHIPPING CREAM.BEAT IN REMAINING FLOUR AND VANILLA.POUR BATTERINTO TWO BUTTERED AND FLOURED 8-1/2X4-1/2 INCH LOAF PANS.BAKE UNTIL GOLDEN AND A TESTER IN MIDDLE OF CAKE COMES OUT CLEAN,AFTER ABOUT 1 HOUR.COOL PANS IN 5 MINUTES --REMOVE FROM PANS.COOL COMPLETELY ON WIRE RACKS.
