1 EGG
1 TBSP. MILK
1 FRYER CHICKEN(3 TO 4 LBS.)CUT UP
USE 1 BREAST EQUAL TO A WHOLE CHICKEN(ABOUT 6 HALVES)

IN A RESEALABLE PLASTIC BAG(1 QT. OR LARGER) COMBINE THE FLOUR,TACO SEASONING AND SALT.IN A SHALLOW BOWL,BEAT THE EGG AND MILK.DIP THE CHICKEN PIECES IN THE EGG MIXTURE,THEN PLACE IN A LARGE BAKING DISH.BAKE UNCOVERED,AT 350 DEGREES(F.) FOR 55 TO 60 MINUTES OR UNTIL JUICES RUN CLEAR.
