CREAM TOGETHER AND PUT IN 9X12 INCH
PAN AND BAKE AT 350 DEGREES FAHRENHEIT-(COOL)

SECOND LAYER

8 OZ.PCKG. CREAM CHEESE
1 CUP OF POWDERED SUGAR
1 CUP COOL WHIP
CREAM TOGETHER AND SPREAD OVER FIRST LAYER

THIRD LAYER

1 LARGE AND 1 SMALL CHOCOLATE INSTANT PUDDING MIX-MIX
WITH 3 CUPS OF COLD MILK,LET SIT.
THEN SPREAD OVER LAYER 2

FOURTH LAYER

COVER THE THIRD LAYER WITH COOL WHIP AND CHOPPED PECANS.
CHILL FOR 2 OR MORE HOURS........BEFORE SERVING.
