1 head of lettuce, chopped
1 medium head of cauliflower, using mostly flowerettes and slicing thin.
1-2 thin slices of red onion
1 lb. bacon, fried and broken
Dressing:
2 cups mayonnaise
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dressing together. Place remaining ingredients in order, preferably a glass bowl. Spread dressing on top and let stand overnight. Toss just before serving.
