2 small pkg. vanilla instant pudding
1 Tbsp. vanilla
3 C. milk
1 (12 oz) cool whip (thawed)
1 box graham crackers

Topping:
1 C. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
1/2 C. cocoa
1/4 C. milk
1/2 C. butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
1) Beat pudding, vanilla and milk. Add cool whip and beat 2 minutes. Butter a 13 x 9" glass pan. Layer with graham crackers, pudding, graham crackers, pudding a graham crackers.

2). In sauce pan, combine sugar, salt, cocoa and milk. Bring to a boil and boil for 1 minute. Remove from heat and add butter and vanilla and stir. Spread over the top of the cake.
