1 large box of wheat Chex Cereal
1 large box of rice Chex Cereal
1 large box of corn Chex Cereal
1 large bag of Rold Gold Pretzel Twists
2 cups of mixed nuts
1 tsp onion powder
2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp Lawry's Seasoned Salt
3/4 cup butter (1 + 1/2 sticks)
1/4 cup Lea & Perrins Worcestershire Sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 250º.
Melt the butter in small sauce pan. Stir in seasoning and
worcestershire sauce.
Mix Chex cereals, pretzels and nuts thoroughly by hand.
Pour into two large roasting pans.
Divide butter mixture evenly between the two pans.
Mix by hand to evenly coat.
Place roasting pans into oven and bake for 1 hour, stirring
every 15 minutes.
Spread over waxed paper to cool and store in airtight
containers.

Personal Notes:
There is really no need to look for airtight containers if Nick
is around....it doesn't last long enough to even get a chance
to go stale! As far as Nick is concerned, this belongs in the
Main Dish section! During the holidays, he could live off of
Dad's Chex Mix, egg nog and coffee.
