1 flour tortilla (whole wheat works great too!)
2 tsp Smuckers "Fruit Only" strawberry preserve
2 tbsp reduced fat ricotta chesse
1/2 cup fresh strawberries
2 tbsp sliced roasted almonds

Directions:

Spread preserves and ricotta cheese onto tortilla . Top with
sliced berries and sprinkle almonds. Roll tightly Wrap in plastic
wrap or parchment paper for neater eating.

Delicious, healthy, balanced breakfast or snack! Change it
up! Use your favorite preserves (apricot, blackberry, etc.)
and seasonal fruit. Great with peaches, sliced plums,
blueberries or raspberries. For a change in crunch, try
pecans, corn flakes or granola!
