1 can LeSueur Early Peas 1 can Shoepeg Corn 1 can French style green beans Small jar of pimentos 1/4 cup diced celery 1/4 cup diced green peppers 1/4 cup diced onion 1/4 cup red wine vinegar 1/2 cup sugar 1/2 cup salad, peanut or light olive oil
Drain canned vegetable and pimentos well. Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate overnight.
Great potluck veggie salad! Also great summer picnic or party salad since there is no mayo to worry about.
