1 can LeSueur Early Peas
1 can Shoepeg Corn
1 can French style green beans
Small jar of pimentos
1/4 cup diced celery
1/4 cup diced green peppers
1/4 cup diced onion
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup salad, peanut or light olive oil

Directions:

Drain canned vegetable and pimentos well.
Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate overnight.
