4 cups sifted all-purpose flour
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 tsp salt
2 cups Crisco shortening (or 1 cup Crisco + 1 cup butter) - do
not melt!
Ice cold water

Directions:
Directions:
Blend all of the ingredients together. Add cold water by tbs
until stiff dough forms. Dough can be divided and rolled out for
individual pie crusts.

This pie crust can be used for any pie you choose! Pumpkin,
