15 lasagna noodles
2 cups cottage cheese
1 egg
1/4 tsp onion salt
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 cups mashed potatoes
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/8 tsp pepper
1 cup butter or margarine
1 cup chopped onions
Serve with sour cream

Cook noodles (or use the no cook noodles with very moist potatoes) as directed on package. Drain. Line bottom of 9x13 inch pan with noodles. In medium bowl, mix cottage cheese, egg and onion powder together. Spread over noodles. Cover with another layer of noodles. Melt butter in pan. Saute onions until transparent and soft. Pour over noodles. Cover. Bake over 30 minutes at 350'F. Let stand for 10 minutes before cutting. Serve with sour cream.
