Butter lettuce
2 freesh ripe pears, cored and sliced
4 oz stilton or bleu cheese crumbled or asiago cheese shaved
1/4 cup fresh pine nuts, toasted

Served with "Never Go Wrong Salad Dressing"

Directions:
Directions:
Place lettuce leaves on individual plates. Arrange sliced pear on top and sprinkle with stilton and pine nuts.

Drizzle dressing over top.
