3 lbs. cut up chicken
½ c. ketchup
1 tsp. hot sauce
1/3 c. cider vinegar
3 T. Dijon mustard
3 garlic cloves, minced
½ c. light brown sugar
¼ c. molasses

Directions:
Directions:
Heat grill to medium. Simmer all sauce ingredients above in a small sauce pan over medium heat until reduced to about 1 ¼ cups. 5 – 7 minutes. In a large bowl, toss chicken with 1 T. vegetable oil, season with salt and pepper. Lightly coat grates, place chicken on grill, cover grill until chicken is 165 degrees (160 degrees for breast) uncover grill, continue cooking, basting frequently with sauce until glazed. 3 – 4 more min. Serve with sauce.
