1 head cabbage
1 lb. lean ground pork
1 egg
1/2 - 3/4 cup Minute Rice
1 can Sauerkraut, drained
1 can tomato sauce
Garlic salt
Onion salt
Salt
Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
1 head cabbage - Wash, Cut around Core; Add 1/2 cup Water and cover. Steam in Pressure Cooker (No Regulator) for approx. 8 minutes; Set aside to cool. Peel leaves to roll meat mixture inside.
Mix Together:
1 lb.Lean Ground Pork, 1 egg, ½ - ¾ cup Minute Rice,1 Can Sauerkraut drained, ½ cup tomato sauce. Season with garlic salt, onion salt, salt and pepper.

Roll meat mixture into cabbage leaves. Layer in pressure cooker and pour tomato sauce on top of rolls. Add leftover cabbage if desired.

When pressure cooker is pressurized, cook 15 minutes.
