1 - 20 ounce can pineapple chunks, drained and reserved 2 T. flour 1 egg 1/3 cup sugar 1 cup grated cheese marshmallows
Cream egg and sugar. Add flour and reserved pineapple juice. Cook until thick. Add cheese and heat until melted. Add pineapple and pour into baking dish. Cover with marshmallows. Place in 325º oven and bake until marshmallows are browned.
