2-3 chicken breasts (grilled and sliced)
2 cups pea pods, sliced
1/2 cup green onion
1 can water chestnuts, sliced
12 ounces bow tie pasta
2 T. toasted almonds (opt.)
1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
1-2 T. ginger
1/4 t. black pepper
2-3 T. soy sauce
2-4 T. Mirin

You will have to use amounts of soy sauce and Mirin to suit your taste. I like more soy sauce and less Mirin.

Put pea pods in colander and pour cooked pasta on top to blanch.

Mix everything together. Serve slightly warmed.
