1 (8 oz.) jar sour cream
2 T. onion soup mix
1 ½ c. seasoned bread crumbs
2 ½ lbs. fish fillets
¼ c. butter, melted
1/3 c. shredded Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sour cream and soup mix and coat fish (it is kind of difficult). Roll in the bread crumbs. Place in a dish and drizzle with butter. Bake at 425º for 12 minutes. Sprinkle with Parmesan and bake for another 4 minutes.
