1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup rice vinegar
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 T. olive oil
2 t. grated fresh ginger
2 skinless salmon fillets
salt and pepper to taste.

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the honey, soy sauce, vinegar, garlic and ginger in a small saucepan. Cook over high heat until reduced by half. Let cool.

Season the salmon with salt and pepper. Brush both sides with the honey mixture.

Grill the salmon on each side until it is cooked through, about 4-6 minutes on each side, depending on thickness.

Drizzle salmon with remaining honey mixture.
