2 lbs. lean ground beef
3 eggs, beaten
2 T. Instant Minced Onion
2 t. powdered Horseradish (Wasabi)
1-2 t. salt
1/2 t. dry mustard
1 t. seasoned salt
1/2 cup soft bread crumbs
1/2 cup chopped celery
1 - 4 ounce can mushrooms
1/2 cup mushroom liquid or water.

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together all ingredients until blended, being careful not to overmix. Shape into loaf in shallow baking dish, or put in glass bread pan. Bake at 375 oven for 1 1/2 to 2 hours. After an hour or so, remove what grease you can.
