c. margarine
1 1/3 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 1/3 c. mashed bananas
c. sour milk (sour with a little lemon juice)
2 c. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. soda
nuts (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix margarine and sugar. Add bananas & eggs. Last, add flour, soda, salt, and milk. Bake at 350 for 55 minutes. Makes 2 bread pans, 8 1/2 x 4 1/2.
