4 whole chicken breasts 2-10 oz. frozen broccoli 2 c. grated old cheese 2 cans mushroom soup 1/3 c. white wine 1/2 c. bread crumbs 2 tbsp. butter
Cook chicken and remove bones. Cut each into 4- 6 pieces. Cook broccoli and put into greased casserole.Place chicken over broccoli. Sprinkle with cheese. Mix soup and wine.Pour over cheese.Top with mixture of bread crumbs and butter. Bake at 350* for 30- 40 min.
