1/2 cup shortening
1/2 cup peanut butter
1 cup brown sugar, packed
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
2 tbsp condensed milk
2 tbsp honey
1 1/4 cup flour
1/3 cup whole wheat flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cream shortening, peanut butter, brown sugar, egg, vanilla, milk, and honey at medium speed until well blended. Mix together dry ingredients and combine with creamed mixture. Roll into 1" balls, then roll in sugar. Bake at 325 for 12-15 minutes.
