1 can salmon
2 eggs
Dash salt & pepper
30 crushed saltines
3/4 - 1 cup milk
Dash onion powder

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients. Melt butter in electric skillet at about 300. Spoon into skillet and press into patties. Makes about 9 patties. Fry until crisp on outside.
