6 cups lettuce
2 large hold cooked eggs, diced
1/3 cup chopped onion
4 slices cooked bacon
1 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
3 tbsp cider vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Wash lettuce, drain, dry and tear into pieces. Place in bowl and sprinkle with egg and onion. Cook bacon, drain then crumble over lettuce. Cool fat slightly; add sugar, salt and vinegar. Heat to boiling and pour over lettuce. Toss lightly.
