3 eggs 1 c. flour pinch of salt 1 c. milk 1 t. shortening
Preheat oven to 450º. Mix flour and salt. Beat eggs until light. Add milk. Add this slowly to flour, stirring until well blended. Beat mixture vigorously for a minute or two. Pour into buttered, hot muffin tin or custard cups. Bake for 30 minutes. Remove from pans immediately.
