1/2 c. flour
2 t. baking powder
1 T. sugar
1/2 t. salt
1 1/2 s. corn meal
1 egg, beaten
3/4 c. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Sift flour with baking powder, sugar and salt. Mix with corn meal. Add egg and milk. Stir until mixed. Drop by teaspoon full in a deep fryer. Cook until golden brown and drain on paper towels.
