1 1/2 # round steak pounded thin
salt and pepper
3 strips bacon
1 cup fresh bread crumbs
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup parsley
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
3 tbs. oil
1 can tomato paste
2 cup hot water
1 clove garlic
Spaghetti

Directions:
Directions:
Cut steak into 6 pieces, season. Top each with 1/2 strip bacon, crumbs, onion, parsley and cheese. Roll up and secure with toothpicks. Brown on all sides in hot oil. Mix all other ingredients, add 1 1/2 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp pepper. Pour over rolls, cover and simmer 1 1/2 hours.
Serve over spaghetti with Parmesan cheese.
