1 - 16 oz Pkg Gemelli Pasta
11/2 c red onion, chopped
1 pt. cherry tomatoes cut in half
1 jar marinated sun dried tomatoes
1 jars marinated artichoke hearts, quartered (optional)
1 sm. can black olives sliced (optional)
garlic salt to taste
1 or 2 pkgs feta cheese crumbled
1 bottle Allison House salad dressing or your favorite italian dressing

Directions:
Directions:
Cook gemelli pasta 12 min or until done, drain, rinse in cool water and set aside. Chop up the sun dried tomatoes, drained. also drain artichokes. Add all ingredients except dressing. Pour 1/2 bottle or more of dressing to moisten salad and toss. Excellent salad. Refrigerate until serving
