1 lb ground beef
2 cups celery, chopped
1/2 cup onion, chopped
4 cups milk
3 cups cubed potatoes, cooked
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
2 cups carrots, chopped and cooked
salt & pepper to taste
12 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled

Directions:
In large pot cook beef, celery, and onion until meat is brown and veggies are tender. Drain. Add milk, potatoes, soup, carrots, salt & pepper. Heat through. Stir in bacon just before serving.
