2 small round loaves of bread (French or Sourdough)
8 ounces cream cheese - softened
1 small can minced clams (reserve juice)
5 drops tobasco sauce (can substitute lemon juice)
Garlic and celery salt to taste
1/2 to 1 teaspoon parsley flakes.

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together and spoon into hollowed out loaf of bread. Cover with top of loaf, wrap in aluminum foil and bake at 300 degrees for 2 hours.
