2 - 8 ounce pkgs. Philadelphia Cream Cheese
1 - 8 ounce wedge cheddar cheese (shredded)
1 T. chopped pimento
1 T. chopped green pepper
1 T. chopped onion
1 t. lemon juice
1 dash red pepper
1 dash salt

Directions:

Form into two balls and roll in parsley. Wrap in saran wrap and keep in refrigerator until used.
