2 - 2 1/2 lbs potatoes, cooked and cooled slightly
5 eggs, boiled and chopped
1/2 lb bacon, fried and chopped
1/2 small lettuce head, chopped
1/2 dozen green onions, chopped
salt & pepper
1/4 c vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Blend eggs, lettuce, and onion. Slightly mash potatoes and add to mixture. Add bacon AND grease and mix well. Add vinegar and salt and pepper to taste.

Taste preferences are very important in this recipe. Salt, pepper and vinegar will likely need adjusted.
