2 C. flour
1/3 powdered sugar
1 C. margarine
3 C. sugar
1/2 C. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
4 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. lemon flavoring
4 C. finely chopped rhubarb

Directions:
Directions:
Put 2 C. flour & 1/3 C. powdered sugar into a mixing bowl & blend. Add margarine. Cut in as for pie crust. Pat into a 10" x 13" pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.

Beat eggs. Add the 3 C. sugar & 1/2 C. flour. Mix well. Add lemon flavor & rhubarb. Pour over crust and continue baking for another 45 minutes or until firm.
