1 c. cherry pie filling
8 oz. package cream cheese
1 envelope unflavored gelatin
2 small (3 oz) packages raspberry Jell-O
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 c. Eagle Brand condensed milk
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare one of the packages of the raspberry Jell-O and pour into a clear bowl. Chill until firm.

Heat the condensed milk and sugar until hot, yet do not boil. Dissolve the unflavored gelatin in 1/2 c. cold water. Once milk mixture is hot, remove from heat and add the gelatin mixture to it. Then add to this mixture the cream cheese, pecans and vanilla. Let cool. Once cool, pour this mixture over top of the first raspberry Jell-O layer. Place back into refrigerator.

Dissolve the second package of Jell-O in one cup of boiling water. Add cherry pie filling and mix well. Let cool completely and pour over the second layer . Refrigerate overnight.
