4oz white wine
1 demi spoon of crushed garlic
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/2 lb ementhaler cheese
1/2 lb gruyere swiss cheese
1/2 oz cherry brandy (optional)
1/4 cup flour
fresh ground pepper to taste

Ingredients for Dipping:
celery sticks
carrot sticks
cubed bread
crackers
apples

Directions:
Directions:
Grate the cheese, dust it wth flour, and set it aside.

In a preheated fondue pot incorporate the wine, garlic, and lemon juice with a fork. Slowly add the cheese mixture, making sure each batch is melted before adding more. Add the alcohol and let it burn off on the edge of the pot. Add fresh ground pepper to taste.
