1 c. mayonnaise
2 T. milk
2 T. soy sauce
3 c. cubed cooked chicken
2 c. cooked rice
1 c. sliced celery
1 can (5 oz.) water chestnuts, sliced
1/4 c. chopped pimentos
2 green onions, thinly sliced

Directions:

Mix together mayonnaise, milk and soy sauce. Toss with the remaining ingredients and mix well. Cover and chill.
