1 package of chicken breasts
1 can of cream of chicken soup
1 8oz. tub of sour cream
40 Ritz crackers, crushed
1 stick butter
2 t. poppy seed

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325º. Cook chicken and cut into bite size pieces. Place in the bottom of a greased casserole dish. Mix soup and sour cream and spread over chicken. Melt butter and add crackers. Sprinkle over soup and sour cream mixture. Sprinkle poppy seeds on top. Bake for 30 minutes.
