2 c. quick oats
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 stick margarine
2 T. yeast
8+ c. flour
1 c. whole wheat flour
2 T. salt
4 c. boiling water
1 c. warm water

1. Mix oats, flour, sugar, salt and softened margarine in large bowl. Pour boiling water over mixture, stir to mix, and allow to cool.

2. In a separate bowl, dissolve yeast in warm water. Then, add yeast mixture to large bowl. Add flour as necessary. Knead and allow to rise for approximately 1 hour.

3. Bake at 350 F. for 40 minutes.
