1 c. All-Bran© Cereal
3/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. oil
2 c. boiling water
2 eggs
1 t. salt
2 T. yeast
1/2 c. warm water

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix All-Bran, sugar, oil and boiling water. Allow to sit until mixture cools to room temperature.

2. Add eggs and salt.

3. Dissolve yeast into warm water. Add pinch of sugar and cinnamon. Combine with Bran mixture.

4. Add sugar and flour. Knead dough.

5. Let rise one hour. Divide dough into 4 sections, and roll each section into 16" circle. Cut each circle into 12 slices and roll to form croissants.

6. Let croissants rise one hour. Butter tops of croissants and bake at 350º for 12 minutes or until golden brown.
