3 eggs
3/4 c. milk
3/4 c. flour
3 T. butter

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 425º.
2. Combine eggs, milk, and flour and beat together well.
3. Melt the butter in a 9 x 13 inch Pyrex© baking dish.
4. Pour the batter into the hot dish, bake 20-25 minutes. Crispy, golden "volcanoes" should form.
5. Serve hot with powdered sugar and lemon, jam, honey, sliced berries or peaches, or applesauce.
