2 chicken breasts (cut in slices)
1 can mushrooms
3 carrots (cut and cooked)
2 peppers (thinly sliced)
1 large onion (thinly sliced)
1 pkg. frozen vegetables
1 can cream of chicken or cream of mushroom soup
1 can milk

Directions:
Directions:
Saute chicken, peppers, onions and mushrooms until cooked. Add carrots and frozen vegetables; cook until tender. Add soup and milk and heat until hot.
Serve over toast, rice or noodles.
